PROJECTS CURRENTLY ON THE BOARDS

JASON BALL interior design is working on a full slate of exciting projects right now. Here are a few of the projects on the boards.

Couple building their eventual dream home in Delray Beach. This couple with young children is endeavoring to build a stunning British West Indies inspired home just blocks from the ocean. This new construction project will entail designing everything from the front door to the pool house. The home will initially be used as a vacation rental. But, the long term plan is for the family to relocated to the area and enjoy all that South Florida has to offer.

Long time residents are finally building their forever home. Sometimes it takes decades to realize your dream and this couple is doing just that. With a stunning Spanish-style home on a golf course, the clients and building team are undertaking a large scale renovation and addition to turn the home into a casual Florida coastal home. All the “extras” of the current style will be stripped away, making way for a focus on the architectural details, elegant finishes, and the view.  

Intracoastal condo gets a full-scale renovation. It’s not everyday a client comes to JB-id and requests a magazine-worthy design. But when it does happen, we jump at the chance. All the initial ideas the client brought to the table are exciting and definitely out of the norm. The three-story condo will be fully gutted and rebuilt to be a stunning combination of materials and textures. Because the space is long and narrow, we’re focusing the design on ways to move light throughout the space, but also keep it feeling luxurious. The second floor is reserved for a stunning master suite with glass walls and special views of the intracoastal waterway. A guest bedroom and entertainment room will reside on the third floor.

Ft. Lauderdale home on the intracoastal waterway to get a full remodel. Another transplant family from the Northeast found a home right on the water in Ft. Lauderdale. Working with one of the areas largest builders, Jason Ball Interior Design will be redesigning this home from top to bottom, nose to tail. A tasteful combination of contemporary finishes and transitional decor will create a beautiful family home right in the heart of South Florida.
