PROJECTS CURRENTLY ON THE BOARDS

JASON BALL interior design is working on a full slate of exciting projects right now. Here are a few of the projects on the boards.

Couple building their dream home in Palm Beach Gardens. This is the second project I’ve done with this couple. The first project was a “spec” house. This one is the dream home. In the style of a French estate, the exterior of this grand home is reminiscent of a French country home. The interior is a perfectly balanced combination of transitional and contemporary. Architectural details and lighting can be found throughtout. The expansive backyard, with lap pool, is set up for entertaining guests or hosting the family during the winter months. When complete, this home will be a show stopper, inside and out.

Transplants create their new Florida residence. Originally from New York, this couple decided to make Florida their primary residence. A dated home in Jupiter, Florida is fully remodeled to take it from a Tuscan-light aesthetic to a soft contemporary one. Clean lines, ceiling treatments, textured wall-coverings throughout create a soft contemporary feel. The comfortable furnishings create a family friendly home meant for large gatherings. Tall sliders along the back elevation allow for true inside/out living during the cooler months.

A couple builds their forever home. It’s not everyday a client comes to JB-id to build their very own compound. Three buildings on 5 acres (large garage, primary home, and a guest house) will allow this couple of host their large family and house their recreational vehicles, all in one place. With a distinct industrial/contemporary exterior, the interior will be a study in style. Ceiling treatments, store-front windows, high ceilings, and contemporary design elements will complete the look. Interior surfaces and materials will focus on layers of textures and colors.

Transitional home is given a global design aesthetic. When my clients purchased this home it was a transitional home with a nice style, but no real pizzaz. The goal of this project was to take the home from its current state to one with a truly global design aesthetic throughout. Black and neutral tones were used everywhere throughout - furnishings, lighting, accessories - to create a layered design.

These are just a few examples of the type of work JASON BALL interior design completes. We look forward to adding your project to your list.
